Ghostly Ferns, the collective I founded, is comprised of me + 3 other designers and commercial artists. Every so often, large brands hire us to create entire campaigns. We recently had the opportunity to collaborate with Bloomingdale’s as their artist partner for a campaign to raise breast cancer awareness. We put our heads together and created a lettering-based campaign with mascot to empower women to be excited about being strong and capable. We created designs for special products and events which were produced by Bloomingdale’s and applied to key store fixtures and displays.

Ghostly Ferns is a collaborative group. On this project, I played the role of creative director and contributed to some of the lettering and logo pieces. At Ghostly Ferns, we love passing artboards back and forth to make each project a unique blend of our brains and personalities. Laura & Jen tag-teamed most of the lettering. Laura knocked it out of the park with character design. And Jen got to hand-paint boxing gloves for a NYC store’s window.
